OUR WEDDING

About me and how I arrived to live in Spokane, WA
I've lived in several different places, But I finally found a place I can REALLY call home.
I was born in Whittier, CA in 1972. I lived at home with my parrents until January of 1994. Then I moved to Santa Barbara, CA and bought a new 36' Travel Trailer. I lived there for about two years and met the B---- who would become my ex. We moved to Yakima, WA in August of 1995 where I had work lined up. My dad got me into the Union to be a Drywall finisher like him back in 1990. I liked it in Yakima pretty well. But the future ex hated it. So we moved to LasVegas NV. I made a lot of good money there, but wasted it all. I got divorced in 1998. Then I made plans on moving somewhere in the inland NorthWest. And now I'm taking home studies to be a PC technician.

How I met my fiancee, Jill...
One night in January of 1999, I was bored and decided to make an "IDAHO" chatroom to see if anyone from Northern Idaho would come in so I could ask them about how it is there. Instead, Jill comes in and started talking to me. We talked online every night. In March of 1999 she flew down to meet me in 'Vegas. I was in Spokane in 30 days.MY TRIP TO SPOKANE:I was driving an '85 Dodge 600 Turbo convertible (That was in excellent condition, I might add.) So I packed everything I could into it. I had to install some rear coil spring spacers to keep the back bumper off the ground! I reserved the front passenger seat for my Cockatoo, "Baby" and cockatiels. I left on a Friday at approximately 4:00PM (I had to wait for a new convertible top to be installed on my car. It does rain in Washington.) I took I95 most of the way. I took lots of pictures along the way. I finally stopped for the night a little North-east of Reno, NV. around midnight. I parked at a rest-stop shut the car off, reclined the seat, and opened a much needed beer. I had a cooler full of beer on ice for when I stopped for the night. after about 10 beers, I went to sleep. I woke up around 7:00AM, found the nearest Kwik-e-mart and got something to eat and drink, and got back on the road. I arrived in Spokane, WA around 7 or 8:00 that night after a few short stops. My then girlfriend, Jill, met me at a Post-office parking lot so I could follow her the rest of the way. She even found me a basement appartment to stay at before I even moved there; until we decided what we would do. Now we live together in our house in N. Spokane. At the same time (June of 1999) we moved into our house, We found the perfect car for me. My '83 T-top Z/28 Camaro. Blue, Jill's favorite color. So we bought it and I sold my little convertible.
